The Law Offices of Kennith L. Peterson, A Professional Corporation, has been a vital force in the Workers’ Compensation community since its establishment in 1991. As the legal needs of the community grew, the Firm expanded to serve the needs if its clients.

Technology

Tussman billing permits the use of uniform task codes, to include the codes to accommodate client billing requirements, invoice formats, case budgeting, auditing and electronic billing.

We utilize EDEX and INDEX, we have direct access to the State of California, Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Workers’ Compensation database through CompData. This system permits electronic inquiries on each new case opened, requesting information about current and past Workers’ Compensation Clients using an applicant’s Social Security Number for identification.

The Firm also subscribes to Lexis-Nexis library databases and employs voicemail and internet communication tools.
